Delivery:
- Local Cranbrook delivery is offered free of charge on purchases over $25.
- Delivery of purchases less than $25.00 will be subject to a $4.00 delivery charge.
- Deliveries are done on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 3:00pm and 6:00pm.
- Order online and choose delivery or call to order at 250-489-1729.
- Online orders can be placed until 1:00pm on the day of delivery for same day delivery.
Shipping:
- Out of town shipping is available for treats, toys and small accessories.
- Cost of shipping is charged to the customer.
- All orders are shipped via Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number once it is shipped.
