Delivery and Shipping

Need something delivered or shipped but wondering how it all works? See below for more information.

Delivery:

• Local Cranbrook delivery is offered free of charge on purchases over $25.
• Delivery of purchases less than $25.00 will be subject to a $4.00 delivery charge.
• Deliveries are done on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 3:00pm and 6:00pm.
• Order online and choose delivery or call to order at 250-489-1729.
• Online orders can be placed until 1:00pm on the day of delivery for same day delivery.

Shipping:

• Out of town shipping is available for treats, toys and small accessories.
• Returns and exchanges are not available for orders that are shipped. Before finalizing your order to be shipped, please ensure its accuracy. Contact us if you have any questions about our products.
• Cost of shipping is charged to the customer.
• Orders over $150 (before tax) are eligible for FREE shipping.
• All orders are shipped via Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number once it is shipped.
