We’re excited to announce that The Paw Shop is moving to a new location!
Beginning Monday, August 17, you’ll find us at 24 9th Avenue South in downtown Cranbrook, in the former Jewels on Ninth location.
Our new store will offer a brighter, airier and more accessible space, with a more comfortable layout for you, your pets and our team. You’ll still find the thoughtfully selected foods, treats, toys and supplies you rely on, with options for different needs and household budgets.
The team you know and trust will continue to be here to answer your questions, help you choose products and look into custom orders when you need a particular item, size or colour. While our address is changing, the in-store shopping experience you know is coming with us. And, of course, four-legged visitors will always be welcome!

CLOSED Saturday, August 15Our physical store will be closed Saturday, August 15 while we complete the move. Online shopping, shipping and local delivery will continue as usual.

We have been privileged to help pets and their people since 2008. We’re grateful to everyone who has supported our locally owned shop over the years and allowed us to become part of their pets’ lives.
Our new location gives us a better space to continue serving our valued customers, supporting local charities and sharing community traditions such as our annual Santa Paws photos. We’re looking forward to beginning this next chapter with all of you.
We’re planning a grand-opening celebration following our August 17th move, and we can’t wait to welcome you and your pets into the new store.
